Registration Your Adolescent For Mindfulness Training
|
Students will learn:
- Breathing techniques
- Yoga exercises
- Aligning yourself with the positive
- The practice of being ‘present’ in the moment
- To foster love, gratitude and appreciation for yourself

Open to 7th-10th grade students (approximate ages 13-16)
|

Registration:
- $135 for a package of 6 sessions
- $25 per individual session

What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is paying attention here and now with kindness and curiosity. Training in mindfulness techniques focuses on the development of being present in the moment in day-to-day life, while also encouraging an attitude of acceptance towards events and experiences (Shapiro, Carlson, Astin, &Freedman, 2006). |
