C4L bridges the gap between research and instructional practices by developing partnerships with Independent Schools and Family and Community Centers.
C4L is uniquely suited to function as Learning Center Specialists because of our extensive training and experience in multiple disciplines: School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Special Education, and Teaching. Currently, we are responsible for the learning centers at two independent schools in Southern California, St. Margaret’s Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano and St. Mary’s School in Aliso Viejo, as well as Holy Family Cathedral School in Orange. Our presence on these three campuses has provided on-going collaboration opportunities with the administrators and teachers in order to facilitate effective communication between the school personnel and the parents. Additionally, our presence on campus creates an environment where student progress can be carefully monitored and communicated. We work with students ranging in age from preschool to the twelfth grade.
